Description
A pectoral cross, four-armed, with widened, lily-shaped endings on the arms, decorated with scalloped edges. At the center of the front is an eight-pointed cross, beneath which is a depiction of the Head of Adam. Above, over the cross, are the letters "TS" ("King of Glory"); on the side arms, "IS" and "KHS," which together form the abbreviation of the name "Jesus Christ." On the reverse, on the horizontal crossbar, is an inscription (poorly legible); in the lower part, the figure of a haloed saint. Around the perimeter, the cross is decorated with ornamental motifs.
The cross entered the museum's holdings in 1983.
