A two-sided cross, with heart-shaped thickenings at the ends of the arms and oval arcs with four ray-like rods at the crossing. On the front is a depiction of an eight-pointed Golgotha cross with a "tsata" (crescent pendant), accompanied by the abbreviated inscription "King of Glory, Jesus Christ the Victor," in round medallions at the edges of the arms; on the middle crossbar of the cross is the beginning of the prayer to the Cross. On the reverse is the text of the prayer, in round medallions, with floral scrollwork.

The cross dates from the second half of the 17th to the 18th century.

The cross belonged to the pre-war collection of the Sloboda Ukraine Museum named after H. S. Skovoroda.
