Description
A two-sided cross, with rounded thickenings at the ends of the arms and shaped arcs with two ray-like rods at the crossing. On the front is a depiction of an eight-pointed Golgotha cross with a "tsata" (crescent pendant), accompanied by the abbreviated inscription "King of Glory, Jesus Christ the Victor," in rhombus-shaped medallions with inscribed squares at the edges of the arms; on the middle crossbar of the cross is the beginning of the prayer to the Cross. On the reverse is the text of the prayer, in rhombus-shaped medallions.
The cross belonged to the pre-war collection of the Sloboda Ukraine Museum named after H. S. Skovoroda.
