The saints are shown frontally, full-length, standing in a hall on a stone floor against a wall. Everything except the flesh areas is engraved, including the round radiant halos. The central figure is Nicholas the Wonderworker in episcopal vestments (mitre, sakkos with omophorion, epigonation), holding the Gospel in his hands. To the left of Nicholas is the figure of Saint Martyr Paraskeva, holding a palm branch in her left hand pressed to her chest, and an unfurled scroll in her right. To the right is the figure of Saint Martyr Symeon, dressed in a phelonion with an omophorion.
