Diskos with an inlaid inscription

A diskos of ancient type, without a stand. It is a flat plate with a wide, shaped rim in the form of a star, and a slightly recessed well. The entire surface is covered with an engraved floral ornament: at the center, a rosette with a flower within a circle, from which winding shoots with flowers spread outward. On the field of the rim is an engraved figurative scene with a crucifix-cross.

On the front, along the edge of the rim, is an engraved inset inscription: "Given, this diskos, by Nikolai Moiseev Buhaevsky, 1761."
