Sumtsov Kharkiv Historical Museum Ж-1289 A pendant-icon ("ladanka") with the "flesh" areas of Christ painted, set in a relief metal riza covering everything else. The icon shows a half-length, frontal image of Jesus Christ with long hair and a small beard; around his head is a halo with rays spreading across the whole field of the icon. He wears a chiton, with a dotted-ornament himation draped over his left shoulder; his right hand is raised in blessing, his left rests on the celestial orb surmounted by a cross. Beneath the image of Christ is a shaped plaque with the inscription: "Christ Pantocrator" (in Church Slavonic). The reverse and edges of the panel are covered in red velvet. The icon was acquired by the museum in 1988 from M. I. Stupak of Kharkiv.
