The manuscript book is written in two colors (red and black), and contains text in Church Slavonic and musical notation. It is decorated with running heads and initials; letter foliation appears in the lower right corner of the page. The cover is wooden, bound in dark-brown leather. The spine is of light-brown leather, the flyleaf turquoise. On the edges are two shaped clasps of leather and metal.
The book belonged to the pre-war (pre-1941) part of the collection of the H. S. Skovoroda Historical Museum.</lido:descriptiveNoteValue>
