Sumtsov Kharkiv Historical Museum М-335 A metal fragment of a candelabrum, silver- and gold-toned; it takes the form of a two-sided shaped plate depicting Archangel Michael and Archangel Gabriel. Archangel Michael is shown full-length, frontally, with wings spread. Michael appears as a young man with curly hair, dressed in a shirt and armor. Around his head is a round halo with the semicircular inscription: "Holy Archangel Michael." On the other side is a depiction of Archangel Gabriel, full-length, frontally, with wings spread. He appears as a young man with curly hair, dressed in a shirt and a flowing cloak with a clasp in the form of a four-petaled flower. Around his head is a round halo with the inscription: "Holy Archangel Gabriel." Along the lower edge is the inscription: "This archistrategos was made in the year 1765." The archangels held candle sockets in their hands (now lost). At the top of the fragment, at the tips of the wings, and at the bottom on the cloud, are three through-holes for mounting. The object was made in 1765 and belonged to the pre-war (pre-1941) part of the collection of the H. S.
